This Privacy Policy is published by Amodotio ("we," "our," or "us"), an independent Android software and digital application studio. It governs all mobile applications published under the Amodotio developer account on the Google Play Store (including our flagship productivity application MitNote — com.amodotio.mitnote, upcoming interactive games, and utility platforms) and our official portal (https://amodotio.blogspot.com).

No account creation required. All notes, checklists, timers, sound preferences, and user inputs remain exclusively on your physical device. Amodotio does not operate any intermediate cloud servers to read, intercept, or log your personal entries. -
Interactive Games & Connected Platforms:
For online games and cloud-synced utilities, we process non-sensitive game tokens, player nicknames, cloud save states, high scores, and matchmaking telemetry strictly necessary to provide persistent gameplay. -
Technical Diagnostics:
Google Play Console gathers aggregated crash reports, ANRs (Application Not Responding), and device specs to help us fix bugs and optimize battery performance.
2. Cloud Storage & Google API Limited Use Policy
Google Drive Peer-to-Cloud Backup Disclosure
In applications supporting Google Drive backup (such as MitNote), authentication is handled directly by official Google Identity Services. Backup files transfer directly between your Android device and your personal Google Drive account.
Google API Limited Use Disclosure: Access is restricted strictly to application-specific backup files (drive.file / drive.appdata). Amodotio never accesses, reads, transfers, or sells your personal Google Drive documents, photos, or emails. Our implementation strictly adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. Android Permissions Master Framework
Our applications request permissions only when strictly required for core user features:
- POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Required on Android 13+ to deliver user-scheduled note reminders, timer countdown alerts, and cloud sync completion notices.
- USE_EXACT_ALARM & SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM: Used strictly for exact, user-configured reminder bells and Pomodoro focus timers, ensuring alarms fire precisely at the requested second.
- USE_BIOMETRIC: Allows biometric authentication (Fingerprint / Face Unlock) to secure notes or private vaults. Verification occurs exclusively within the Android OS Trusted Execution Environment (TEE). Amodotio never accesses or stores your biometric data.
- FOREGROUND_SERVICE: Keeps timers running smoothly and ensures large backup sync operations complete without unexpected OS termination.
- INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Checks network availability for Google Drive backups, game multiplayer matchmaking, or ad delivery.
4. In-App Billing, Subscriptions & Advertisements
- Google Play In-App Billing: All financial transactions for paid apps, feature unlocks, and recurring subscriptions are processed exclusively by Google Play. Amodotio never receives, handles, or stores your credit card or banking details.
- Managing Subscriptions: You can cancel or modify active subscriptions at any time via your Google Play Subscriptions Center.
- Advertising (Google AdMob): Free apps may display ads via certified networks like Google AdMob. Ads may use anonymous Advertising IDs (GAID) in accordance with Google's Privacy Policies. You can reset your Advertising ID anytime in Android Settings > Google > Ads.
5. Google Play Mandatory Data & Account Deletion Policy
In full compliance with Google Play Store's Account and Data Deletion requirements, users have complete control to wipe all stored data:
How to Request Permanent Data Deletion:
- On-Device Local Data: Go to your phone's Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Storage > Clear Storage/Data, or simply uninstall the app. All local databases are permanently wiped instantly.
- Google Drive Cloud Backups: Delete backup files directly within the in-app backup management dialog, or revoke app permissions in your Google Account Permissions Dashboard.
- Account & Cloud Data Deletion via Web/Email: If using an account-enabled app or online game, send an email to mitflipper@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". All associated account data and server records will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
6. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & Google Play Families Policy)
Amodotio applications are primarily directed toward general audiences (ages 13 and older). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Any future game or utility specifically designed for children will strictly adhere to the Google Play Families Policy, utilizing certified Family Ads SDKs and zero personalized tracking.
